Strategic Planning in Action

Strategic Planning in Action is a hands-on workshop designed to help nonprofit leaders understand and apply the fundamentals of strategic planning.

In just two hours, you'll gain practical tools and insights to help your organization move forward with greater clarity and alignment. We'll begin by outlining the core components of an effective strategic plan, then devote most of our time to walking through how to lead the planning process internally, step by step, including how to put the plan into action once it's adopted. We'll also touch briefly on how to prepare for working with a consultant, if you choose.

Whether you're aiming to lead your own strategic planning process or become a more informed partner in a consultant-led effort, this session will leave you better equipped to achieve meaningful, mission-driven progress.
