Reservation Process

- The meeting rooms are available for reservation from 9am-5pm Monday-Thursday. The rooms are not available outside of these hours or on holidays.
- In order to accommodate our programming, we ask that reservation requests be made no more than 60 days in advance.
- While we do our best to accommodate reservation requests, we appreciate your understanding of our need to prioritize use of the rooms for CNE trainings and events, and internally scheduled board and staff meetings. For meeting requests outside our office hours or that we cannot accommodate, see here for some alternative meeting spaces in the area.
- Once a reservation request is submitted, Summer Conley (Coordinator | Operations) will reply within 2 business days with further information
Terms & Conditions

- Cancellations should be made at least 3 business days prior to the event in order to receive a refund of any payment made to reserve the meeting space.
- We ask that you return the room to the state in which you found it. Instructions are posted within each room.
Accessibility & Additional Information
- Free parking is available in the complex outside of spaces marked as reserved – see here for a parking guide. Bike parking is available behind Cville Coffee.
- CNE’s office contains a ramped entrance as well as three gender-neutral bathrooms. Unfortunately, our bathrooms are not handicap accessible, but we can direct you to ones close by.
- Due to the potential for allergies, only service animals are allowed in our meeting rooms.
- Your organization is welcome to bring in food or have it catered. We have coffee, tea, and light snacks available at no cost, as well as dishes and silverware.
