Senior Manager | Learning & Impact (serving Northern Piedmont)
A native of Morocco, Khalil first came to Virginia in 2006 as a high school exchange student and later made Culpeper his home. Most recently, he served with the Culpeper Literacy as the director of programs, working alongside learners, volunteers, and community partners to expand educational opportunities and strengthen community connections.
Khalil is a certified ESL instructor and a graduate of CNE’s Emerging Leaders Academy, an experience that deepened his connection to CNE’s mission and the nonprofit sector. He is passionate about bringing people together, creating meaningful learning experiences, and helping organizations strengthen their impact.
Outside of work, Khalil enjoys reading, group fitness classes, yoga, playing chess, and spending time with family and friends.
