Director of Operations & Programs
Erin Reibel is the Director of Operations and Programs at the Center for Nonprofit Excellence. She brings extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, organizational development, and capacity building, and works closely with partners across Virginia to support effective, sustainable nonprofit organizations.
Erin earned her undergraduate degree from William & Mary, holds graduate degrees from Union Presbyterian Seminary, and earned her Doctorate in Ministry from Wesley Theological Seminary with a focus on adaptive leadership.
