Description

Youth and Adult Program Logistics
 Create and maintain registrations and rosters each session
 Distribute promotional material to partners and neighbors
 Create and maintain transportation rosters
Communication
 Manage communication with parents regarding registration,
expectations, reminders and other touchpoints
 Schedule transportation needs with provider and partners
 Point of contact with transportation provider during programs
 Field questions from inquiries on the phone/email
 Request and Schedule subs when applicable
Implement Programs
 Create environment, stations and partnership opportunities for
pre-class portion
 Train and place support staff where needed
 In Class to support instructors
 Adult Class sign-in
 Lock up after last class (Tuesday-Thursday)

Skills Required

Preferred candidate demonstrates leadership and
organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work with folks from diverse backgrounds, problem-solve,
work independently and with a team.

Work Schedule

25 hours/week
Monday-Thursday 2-7 pm
5 floating hours for planning
