Donor Relations Specialist – Full Time, 40 Hours per week
Compensation/Benefits:
• Salary: starting at $50,000

Job Duties
Responsible for the following job duties:
• Works closely with the Philanthropy team to design and implement a comprehensive fundraising and outreach plan.
• Specializes in deepening ReadyKids relationships with donors and funders giving $,1000 – $5,000 annually.
Skills Required
Successful candidates will have:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4 years) in relevant field. Two years experience in fundraising/nonprofit sector preferred.
• Possess strong people skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a collaborative team-oriented environment, and exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills while completing tasks of the position.
• Solid multi-tasker that is flexible and enjoys varied job tasks.
• Ability to review grant proposal requirements and effectively and comprehensively address the critical components in completing the grant.
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and experience with fundraising. CRM suites (ex. Keela).
