Day of Learning: Breaking Down Silos, Building Up Community

This full-day convening brings together people from across our region's nonprofit community to reimagine how we operate, not in isolation, but as part of a connected, collaborative ecosystem.

It's a strategic gathering designed to help you see the sector, and your role in it, differently. You'll participate in relationship-building exercises designed to break down silos, discover underutilized resources and assets across the region, and engage in candid conversations about what makes collaboration work.

By the end of the day, you'll leave with new peer connections, a clearer understanding of the regional nonprofit landscape, and actionable strategies to strengthen both your organization and the sector as a whole.

Lunch:

We're bringing back the "Dine Around" format! Lunch is not provided, but you'll have time to explore Charlottesville Historic Downtown Mall with fellow attendees. We'll provide opportunities to help you continue building connections over a meal of your choice.
