Leading Conversations: Best Practices in Facilitation (3-Part Workshop Series)

The Cameron Foundation & CNE, in partnership with the Virginia Center for Inclusive Communities, is offering a three-part training series. Participants will learn facilitation best practices and apply the acquired skills. Leading Conversations: Best Practices in Facilitation aims to strengthen the Petersburg region by equipping community leaders with the tools needed to lead inclusive, informative, and effective conversations in both community and workplace settings.

The way we engage with one another is changing, and it's crucial that we are equipped with the skills to navigate and communicate effectively across this ever-growing landscape. Throughout this series, participants will have the opportunity to practice the application of the skills learned. Whether you are seeking a refresher or are new to facilitation, this series will prepare you to lead conversations that make an impact.
