Volunteer Management Training Module 1: Establishing the Framework
Volunteers play critical roles in nonprofit organizations. Are you looking to boost your nonprofit’s capacity with volunteers? This 6-part Volunteer Engagement and Management training includes sessions on establishing the framework, planning, recruiting, onboarding, supporting, and evaluating. Register for any and all that interest you.
In Module 1, Establishing the Framework, on September 16th from 9 a.m. to noon, you’ll learn about volunteerism, the key elements of volunteer engagement, how to apply a volunteer-centered framework, and how to work with challenges and motivators for volunteer engagement.
Participants are encouraged to bring lunch.
