Reimagining Philanthropy Through a Wider Lens: Time, Talent, Treasure, Ties, and Testimony 

 

Join us for CNE’s Philanthropy Day 2024 at The Wool Factory on March 27. This event is a celebration of community giving and an opportunity to address the most pressing challenges in our communities. This year’s theme is “Reimagining Philanthropy Through a Wider Lens: Time, Talent, Treasure, Ties, and Testimony,” highlighting the value of individuals who volunteer, advocate for change, and look out for their neighbors.

The program includes a featured panel discussion moderated by Charles Lewis, host of In My Humble Opinion talk show and 2023 Philanthropy Champion, and three 2024 Philanthropy Champions as panelists:  Nadirah Muhammad, Filadelfia Soto, and Tristan Kabesa. The goal is to deepen understanding of philanthropy’s power throughout the social impact sector and beyond. This year’s event will also honor the 2024 Philanthropy Champions – 17 individuals who share their talents, skills, and compassion in ways that make a big difference in the Charlottesville community. 

Register by March 13 to attend in person or by March 26 for virtual attendance. We look forward to seeing you at this year’s Philanthropy Day!
