CMG is looking for a smart, detail-oriented, problem-solver with strong computer, written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently and as a team player, and at least 2-3 years of office or customer service experience to fill an open Membership Services Manager position. Responsibilities include managing member data and new application processing, email and phone communications, conference planning assistance, developing and following procedures, and program and volunteer management. Some travel required. Proficiency in MS Office required; database skills preferred.
