Volunteer Management Training Module Module 3: Opportunities & Outreach
Volunteers play critical roles in nonprofit organizations. Are you looking to boost your nonprofit’s capacity with volunteers? This 6-part Volunteer Engagement and Management training includes sessions on establishing the framework, planning, recruiting, onboarding, supporting, and evaluating. Register for any and all that interest you.
In Module 3, Opportunities & Outreach, on November 11th from 9 a.m. to noon, you’ll acquire the tools to attract the volunteers you need by examining trends in volunteerism and how they might inform opportunities and outreach, developing position descriptions with a Volunteer Experience Lens, exploring targeted recruitment concepts, and developing an Outreach Strategy.
