Volunteer Management Training Module 2: Planning for Volunteer Engagement
Volunteers play critical roles in nonprofit organizations. Are you looking to boost your nonprofit’s capacity with volunteers? This 6-part Volunteer Engagement and Management training includes sessions on establishing the framework, planning, recruiting, onboarding, supporting, and evaluating. Register for any and all that interest you.
In Module 2, Planning for Volunteer Engagement, on October 14th from 9 a.m. to noon, you’ll start planning how and where volunteers fit in your organization. You'll learn about each step of volunteer engagement, how to conduct a Volunteer Engagement Assessment, risks to consider when deciding how to engage volunteers, and the resources and support needed to engage volunteers effectively.
