“The plan will be transformational for our program’s future.” – 2023 cohort participant

The Center for Nonprofit Excellence (CNE), in partnership with The Cameron Foundation and Susan Wilkes of Wilkes Consulting, is pleased to offer this Strategic Planning Cohort program. Strategic planning is a crucial process for healthy nonprofits. This 6-month cohort program will guide participants through a strategic thinking and planning process resulting in a 3-year strategic plan. Consultants will coach organizations to:

  • Collect data from key stakeholders
  • Identify themes and priorities
  • Craft goals and strategies
  • Develop tactics to achieve those goals and strategies
  • Create an implementation plan which ensures the goals and strategies drive decision-making for staff and board

  • A team of 2-4 individuals participating from your organization with at least 1 board member
