Volunteer Management Training Module 4: Intake & Onboarding

This 6-part Volunteer Engagement and Management training includes sessions on establishing the framework, planning, recruiting, onboarding, supporting, and evaluating. In Module 4, Intake & Onboarding, on January 13th from 9 a.m. to noon, you’ll learn how to create systems to screen, place, orient, and train volunteers. This includes techniques for interviewing and matching volunteers with positions, designing effective volunteer orientation, and assessing and meeting volunteer training needs.
