Lorelei Costa Morrow is the Executive Director of the Suffolk Foundation, a community foundation serving Suffolk and Western Tidewater. A resident of Surry County, Virginia, Lorelei has been in the nonprofit sector for her entire career, in roles ranging from conservation work in Alaska, to philanthropy in the Outer Banks of North Carolina and, most recently, leading an arts center in Suffolk. Lorelei is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill and earned her certificate in nonprofit management from Duke University. She loves baking and backpacking.

Lee Catlin served as an employee of Albemarle County for 25 years. Lee came to Charlottesville to study at the University of Virginia and obtained degrees in English and Speech Communications in 1979. She returned to Charlottesville in 1984 and has lived here ever since. As the Assistant to the County Executive, Lee served as an informative and accessible link between Albemarle County and citizens. She enjoys reading, traveling, and eating at local restaurants.
