This program is created with and for leaders of color who are driving change in their communities and organizations. Together, we’ll build on the strengths you already bring — your lived experience, cultural wisdom, and deep commitment — to sharpen your leadership skills and expand your impact.

You’ll grow in self-awareness and confidence as a leader, while exploring practical strategies for leading diverse teams with clarity and care. We’ll talk honestly about the challenges and opportunities of advancing equity and inclusion, and how to lead through complexity without losing sight of your values.

Through a focus on cultural competence, we’ll explore how to center community strengths and lived experience in your leadership. You’ll also gain tools to protect your well-being and resilience, helping you avoid burnout and stay grounded. And most importantly, you’ll be part of a supportive community — a space to share, connect, and build lasting partnerships with fellow leaders of color.
