Store Manager Green Olive Tree Christian Thrift Store

GENERAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Understands/follows of mission of the GOT.  Fosters positive relationship with staff, customers, community.

Takes lead in store presentation, merchandising, cleanliness, donations, etc.  Directs daily  workings of the shop. Stays current with donations and storage. Leads Transition week.

Supervises volunteer staff, leads training of volunteers (ongoing), schedules staff, “hires” new volunteers

Implements ways to maximize sales. Analyzes ways to best use space.

Attends monthly GOT board meetings and gives a report.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Job requires lifting, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, etc.  The manager may be required to use their personal vehicle to transport merchandise to/from storage unit.

Other duties as needed or presented by GOT Board.
