RMH Foundation – Annual Giving & Donor Engagement Position
The RMH Foundation is seeking a collaborative, relationship-driven fundraising professional to help strengthen philanthropy supporting healthcare across the Shenandoah Valley.

This role leads key annual giving and donor engagement efforts, including donor communications, stewardship, direct mail and digital fundraising strategy, and initiatives such as employee giving, peer-to-peer fundraising, and community-based fundraising. We are looking for someone who values building genuine relationships with donors and colleagues and who wants their work to have a direct impact on patients and families in our region.

Candidates with approximately five years of experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or related fields are encouraged to explore the opportunity.
