Salary Range$45,000 - $55,000 base salary (depending on prior experience) Commissions: 4.75% for closing deals + 1.25% for sourced deals


The SDR will be responsible for strategic outreach to potential hiring company partners. Through this role, you’ll be critical in helping our internship placement program expansion efforts.

This role will focus on outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, moving leads through the sales funnel, hosting discovery calls, and confirming new company partners.

Job Duties

  • Connect with potential leads through cold emails and Linkedin outbound campaigns
  • Listen and identify company hiring needs and challenges
  • Present Forge in a tailored pitch as a solution to hiring needs
  • Build long-term and trusting relationships with new and returning partners
  • Proactively seek new partners, leads, and networking opportunities
  • Report to the Executive Director weekly on sales results
  • Stay up-to-date with tech industry trends, news, and in-demand skill sets
  • Assist Account Managers and Operations teams with responsibilities during non-peak sales season

  • Experience with any sales software (Pipedrive,,, PhantomBusters, etc)
  • A passion for improving educational accessibility
