You work well within a team environment, are flexible in a changing environment, build strong relationships naturally by managing and collaborating with a small team of staff–currently, there are 4-5 staff members, both full-and part-time–and diverse volunteers, and are excited about supporting a mission-driven organization that supports the deepening of spiritual practice.
