Description
Residential Program Manager: The Shelter is seeking applications for a leadership position providing program support, oversight, and supervision for all residential services. Successful candidates will have experience with residential program development, setting & achieving team goals, staff & volunteer management, and enhancing client and workforce engagement. Understanding of trauma-informed and equitable service provision, intimate partner violence and intersectionality, and facility management are required. Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field is required; master’s is preferred. 3-5 years of experience in non-profit management may be substituted for master’s degree.
