Join our team and be a part of an association whose mission is public protection! The Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB), a nonprofit organization based in Culpeper, Virginia, is seeking a full-time Registry and Contracts Representative. This role provides administrative support performing detailed work determining and verifying credentials for the Social Work Registry and for other purposes, in accordance with contracts the Association has with member jurisdictions. Job Duties

  • This role provides administrative support performing detailed work determining and verifying credentials for the Social Work Registry and for other purposes
  • Other assigned duties or special projects, as needed.

Skills Required

  • HS diploma or GED required.
  • Associate’s degree in a related area preferred.
  • Minimum 3 year’s administrative support or customer service experience in a professional office environment.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Adherence to confidentiality, managing and monitoring the level of disclosure of information internal and external to the organization.
  • Strong planning, organization, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Successful post offer background screening.

Work Schedule

Work week is 37.5 hours Monday – Friday; overtime eligible.

This is NOT a telecommuting opportunity.
