Description

Custom Management Group is a small company that offers governance, program, professional development, membership, conference, website, publications, data management, and financial support to professional membership societies. We are hiring a Program Manager and a Program Director to help us provide high-quality program management and customer service to our nonprofit association clients. Both positions will require excellent email and phone communication skills as well as strong organizational and writing skills.

Job Duties

The Program Manager position is an entry-level position that is ideal for a detail-oriented problem-solver with strong computer, customer service, and communication skills and the ability to work independently. As Program Manager, you will plan small conference and training events, manage the application and review process for a professional credentialing program, provide membership and meeting support, and work closely with volunteer committees. Some travel required (2-3x per year). Proficiency in MS Office required; database entry and navigation skills preferred. Starting salary range: $33,000-$38,000.

The Program Director position is best suited for individuals with some work experience who have strong organizational and communication skills and stellar attention to detail. As the Program Director, you will manage professional conference programs, schedule and facilitate webinars and other online learning programs, generate marketing emails and social media posts, and work closely with volunteer committees and boards. Some travel required (3-4x per year). Proficiency in MS Office required; nonprofit, conference planning, database, and learning management system experience preferred. Starting salary range: $50,000-$55,000.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday, flexible core hours.
