Description
Youth and Adult Program Logistics
Create and maintain registrations and rosters each session
Distribute promotional material to partners and neighbors
Create and maintain transportation rosters
Communication
Manage communication with parents regarding registration,
expectations, reminders and other touchpoints
Schedule transportation needs with provider and partners
Point of contact with transportation provider during programs
Field questions from inquiries on the phone/email
Request and Schedule subs when applicable
Implement Programs
Create environment, stations and partnership opportunities for
pre-class portion
Train and place support staff where needed
In Class to support instructors
Adult Class sign-in
Lock up after last class (Tuesday-Thursday)
Skills Required
Preferred candidate demonstrates leadership and
organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work with folks from diverse backgrounds, problem-solve,
work independently and with a team.
Work Schedule
25 hours/week
Monday-Thursday 2-7 pm
5 floating hours for planning
