Piedmont Housing Alliance is seeking to hire a Porter, an essential part of our Community Management maintenance team, responsible for proactively maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and curb appeal of our apartment home communities and demonstrating our commitment to excellence for our residents. Qualifications include related experience, knowledge of and ability to operate cleaning and groundskeeping tools and equipment, and attention to detail and quality. Piedmont Housing Alliance is a successful and innovative non-profit organization with a mission to create affordable housing opportunities and foster community through education, lending, and equitable development.
