The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for residents, staff, family members and the public. Customer Service knowledge and principles of good customer relations are a must. Must have the ability to work effectively with people in a variety of professions. Will speak and write clearly and be reliable, detailed oriented, cooperative, and congenial with staff, families and clients. Answers the telephone with exceptional telephone etiquette, takes and relays messages to appropriate staff. Responsible for greeting and assisting all “walk-in” clients and visitors. Must be able to multitask, and work as a team player with other receptionists. Will perform daily tasks independently and other duties as assigned such as data entry. Must have a love of working with the elderly and be confidential. Potential employees must have a working knowledge of Microsoft office. EOE.

Work Schedule

The hours for the position are 1 pm to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
