CNE reviews all submissions before going live to ensure salary ranges are listed as part of our commitment to equity and transparency. Please allow 1-2 business days for your posting to show as we review each submission for salary information. Research has shown that the exclusion of salary information disproportionately impacts women and people of color. Providing salary/wage information tells our community and your potential candidates that your organization is transparent, seeks to create an equitable work environment, and models inclusive hiring practices for the social impact sector.
