Description
Overnight Shelter Supervisors are responsible for overseeing PACEM’s guests during the night. Your responsibilities include 1) ensuring the safety of our guests, 2) ensuring the security of the shelter site, and 3) working with congregational volunteers. Overnight Supervisors are responsible for being awake, creating a peaceful environment, and handling any problems which arise during the night. Overnight Supervisors work under the supervision of a Shelter Director and in close cooperation with volunteers, guests, and other PACEM staff members.
Participation in paid training sessions in October is required. Reliable transportation to rotating shelter sites is required.
Work Schedule
October 29th, 2016–April 15th, 2017, from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. One to three shifts per week.
