The Thomas Jefferson Foundation, Inc., the non-profit that owns and operates Monticello, has an opening for a full-time office coordinator in our Education and Visitor Programs department. The Coordinator provides administrative support to the department with a focus on scheduling a staff of over 100 guides and volunteers for all visitor programs including school programs, special tours, regular house tours, staffing galleries and family spaces, among others. The Coordinator will also occasionally assist with administrative office duties by providing various communications to department staff, maintaining files, and providing basic office support such as processing mail, ordering supplies, and various other activities. This position works a Tuesday–Saturday schedule, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. To apply, please go to .
