Description
The Membership Systems & Growth Manager oversees the infrastructure, data, and strategy that power WNRN’s membership program. As an independent music public radio station, WNRN’s success relies on the support of members. This role manages the systems and processes that support member acquisition, retention, and revenue growth, ensuring that WNRN’s membership program operates efficiently and strategically.
Job Duties
Core Responsibilities
– Membership Systems Management: Serve as primary administrator for WNRN’s membership CRM (CharityEngine).
– Membership Growth & Retention: Monitor key membership metrics including new members, renewals, sustainer growth, and retention rates; identify trends and opportunities.
– Fund Drive Operations: Support operational logistics for WNRN’s on-air fund drives, Manage premium acquisition and fulfillment coordination (shipping)
– Reporting & Insights: Produce regular membership reports, analyze listener and member engagement patterns.
