Description

You will lead all membership engagement, growth, and retention strategies aligned with The Center’s mission while fostering a cause-centered culture that is welcoming, genuine, positive, and inclusive. As the driving force in continually improving membership services, experience, and satisfaction, you will make data-driven decisions; train and develop a corps of volunteers; and partner with program, marketing, philanthropy, and finance teams to build a strong membership culture. This position is full time and requires an on-site presence.

Skills Required

You will have the following skills and experience:
 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
 Three-plus years of experience in education, marketing, business, or customer service that includes supervision of staff and/or volunteers
 Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
 Big picture vision combined with devotion to detail

Work Schedule

F/T Mon-Fri; some evenings and Saturdays as needed
