Mary Williams Community Senior Center Manager

JABA is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Mary Williams Community Senior Center Manager. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours a week). The Center Manager is responsible for promoting the MWCSC and for recruiting new participants.  Developing partnerships and collaborating with community organizations within the Jefferson School City Center and larger community required to conduct a variety of programming and outreach. He/she will supervise the operation of congregate meals, health promotion and disease prevention programming, and contribute as a proactive team member within the JABA team network. An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Therapeutic Recreation, the Arts, Occupational Therapy or other relevant field preferred. Experience in program management and team facilitation is required.  Strong communication and community partnership building skills required to conduct intergenerational program.
