JABA is looking for an energetic and visionary individual to manage the Information and Assistance Program and Options Counseling Program. These programs are related and serve as JABA’s front door for engaging with the community. Effective management and supervision of the programs’ six full-time and one part-time staff are crucial for the success of these programs. In addition to planning and reporting on the two main programs, this position is responsible for several smaller programs that JABA operates throughout the year. The Manager, Community Resources will also be expected to conduct community outreach, provide education on the full range of JABA services, and support individuals in the community to access the resources they need.

The candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field and have several years of experience in a related field. They will also have experience working with individuals 60 and older or with adults living with a disability, and possess strong skills in analysis and project management. Strong written and oral communication skills are required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.
