Description
Piedmont Housing Alliance is seeking a Housing Counselor to join our Housing Counseling and Economic Opportunity team. The ideal candidate has an understanding of personal finance and of rental and home purchase processes, with the ability to connect, coach, and motivate. A Housing Counselor works one-on-one with clients to help them achieve their goals for housing stability and financial opportunity with money management, credit, rental, home ownership, and foreclosure counseling. S/he also offers financial education and homebuyer education classes.

Skills Required
Experience or certification in housing counseling is preferred. Must have strong interpersonal, presentation, and technology skills, and minimum of two years of related experience.
