Home to Hope is a council initiative designed to provide resource navigation support and referrals to people who are returning to community from jail or prison. Position will perform responsible skilled clerical work involving customer service which will include assisting individuals returning to the community from jail or prison including but not limited to employment related services, additional social services and needs, and the preparation and/or maintenance of fiscal or related records; does related work as required. Primarily and most frequently the work done here is under general supervision, with related functional areas and more advanced applications. Work is performed under regular supervision.
The preferred hiring amount is between $16.20 to $20.08 an hour ($33,696.00 to $41,766.40 annually). Starting offer is based on applicable education, experience, and internal equity. Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED equivalency required.
- A valid Driver’s License may be required depending on assignment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Supplemental courses or education in relevant area preferred.
- Customer service or office/administrative experience preferred.
