Description
Common Ground Healing Arts, is a Charlottesville nonprofit. Our mission is to improve wellness throughout our community by making massage, acupuncture, yoga, and meditation affordable and accessible to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay.
As a member of our client services staff, you will provide equitable, compassionate, care, and service to clientele who come to the studio and those we meet out in the community. You will also provide support to practitioners and help Common Ground carry out its mission.
In this role, yours may be the first face, and/or the first voice a person experiences. Everyone will appreciate your care, compassion, patience.

Customer service experience.
Confidence with computers and other technology.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work days, evenings, and/or weekends as needed.
A high school diploma or GED.
Nice to have:
Experience with the MindBody platform.
Experience with Google Docs and Dropbox.
Experience with Constant Contact, Canva, and social media platforms.

Job Duties
Greet clients and check them in for appointments or classes.
Process payments.
Make, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
Answer the phone.
Support our practitioners:
Manage client files
Set up and take down acupuncture room
Provide staff support at community events.
Help maintain a welcoming environment for everyone who spends time at Common Ground.
Skills Required
Customer service experience
Confidence with computers and other technology
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work days, evenings, and/or weekends as needed
High school diploma or GED.
Work Schedule
May vary from week to week.
