Organization: Alliance for Interfaith Ministries (AIM)

Type: Part-time (25-30 hours per week), with potential for full-time

The Alliance for Interfaith Ministries (AIM) has an immediate need for a part-time Executive Director. The primary purpose of AIM is to provide emergency financial assistance and supportive programs to under-resourced families and individuals.

LEADERSHIP

• Staff management
• Oversight of programs and budgets to insure the agency meets its mission

ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT

• Board development and recruitment
• Assist with Board coordination
• Develop and implement financial strategy, including grant-writing and donor outreach
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with local government, non-profits, civic groups and congregations

MARKETING AND OUTREACH

• Oversee maintenance of website and social media
• Develop and maintain media and public relationships
