Description
Piedmont Housing Alliance seeks a Director of Housing Counseling and Economic Opportunity to lead its Housing Counseling and Home Ownership, Financial Coaching and Education, Economic Opportunity and Community Wealth-Building, and Down Payment Loan and Asset-Building programs and resources; to serve as senior housing counselor and lead our team of housing counselors and financial coaches in support of clients’ and residents’ housing and economic opportunity goals; and to innovate and explore opportunities to strengthen mission impact through evidence-based best practices and through program and resource innovation. Seeking collaborative, innovative, entrepreneurial, passionate housing professional with certification and at least 4 years of housing counseling experience, including program management and community engagement. The ideal candidate has experience doing work through an equity lens and a commitment to redressing historical inequities.
