Description
Habitat for Humanity of Greater Charlottesville seeks a proven construction professional to serve as Director of Construction and oversee all aspects of planning, permitting and executing the construction of more than 20 homes per year. Residential construction and personnel management experience required. Successful candidate will reflect the values of the organization, be able to work with diverse populations, and be flexible in a changing environment. This position serves on the organization’s Senior Leadership Team, requiring the ability to participate with senior staff in procurement, grant proposals, inter department coordination, and general management issues.
