Job Duties

You will be in charge of supporting the team and making sure users can best leverage all tools to work efficiently and effectively. You will also be in charge of maintaining the integrity of International Neighbors’ data. This is a position that requires a blend of technical problem solving, strong customer service aptitude, excellent organization and project management skills, and ability to manage database details.

Skills Required

The Database Manager is accountable for effectively maintaining the constituent management database in support of IN’s programs and activities. This position will standardize and continually enrich the information available to International Neighbors about its constituents, ensuring correct entry in the database and supporting regular auditing to ensure data integrity.  The Database Manager will be able to effectively capture, retrieve, calculate and report data or manage fundraising lists, and help identify and address operational challenges that relate to the CRM system.  This position requires the development and production of IN’s mailing lists, donor recognition lists, data files, prospective donor lists, and other information using NEON (currently) for reporting tools and fundraising initiatives.

Work Schedule

10-20 hours a week.
