Counseling Program Services Coordinator – Full time, 40 Hours per week

Responsible for the following job duties:

• Provide administrative and program support for the Youth Counseling Programs to further their goals and activities.
• Receive referrals for counseling programs, communicate with individuals and professionals who make referrals, attend meetings, and assist with grant reporting.
• Assist counselors with case management support, managing and co-leading groups for clients and families, and other tasks related to the administrative functioning of the program.
• Support the Youth Counseling programs in the coordination of equity, diversity, and inclusion work within the programs.

Successful candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or another related field or equivalent experience
• Ability to work effectively as a team player within agency.
• Willingness to communicate with clients, families, and community partners.
• Familiar with or has training in Trauma-Informed Care or willing to learn about Trauma-Informed Care

Compensation/Benefits:

• Starting Salary: $44,000
