Controller/Assistant Station Manager

WNRN Charlottesville is seeking a Controller/Assistant Station Manager for its growing non-commercial, independent AAA/Americana music station. The chosen candidate will oversee the bookkeeping, human resources and general office management of WNRN on a daily basis. If you are fiscally minded and detail oriented with strong management skills, we want to talk to you.  You must understand the music we play and have a desire to be instrumental in the continued success and growth of WNRN. An ideal candidate would have personnel management and human resources experience, with accounting and data entry (preferably with Quickbooks) skills. Strategic thinking, budget organization and a basic understanding of grant administration and non-profit organizations is a plus.
