On behalf of our client project: HOMES, we are seeking an Energy Conservation Compliance Coordinator who is responsible for duties will include administrative tasks related to assisting Energy Conservation department meet production goals, assist in organizational tasks and support maintaining client files under in compliance. The administrative support role requires extreme organization, the ability to multi-task, and the commitment to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner. Reports to the Director of Client Services.
project: HOMES is a growing, non-profit organization using an all-encompassing approach to housing challenging the misconceptions of what defines affordable housing through the production and preservation of high-quality affordable homes, large-scale home repairs, and improved accessibility and energy efficiency for existing homes.

Job Duties

• Assist in tracking production in various Energy Conservation programs.
• Work alongside Director of Client Services and Compliance to create central tracking methods.
• Generate data reports for Energy Conservation in all various programs within the department (applications sent, jobs closed, etc.)
• Conducts inspections of client files in the file room and on Teams and inspect folders are complete both physically and electronically.
• Collaborate with others with the Energy Conservation Department to maintain flow of production and client jobs.
• Track deferrals and denials within the Weatherization Assistance Program and Weatherization Deferral Program.
• Optimize current workflow through tracking jobs within different databases (Hancock, CAMS, Apricot, RI Cloud).
• Maintain electronic client files in an organized manner and work closely with CSIS to ensure all information is up to date.
• Assist with the collection of compliance documents related to the Energy Conservation Divisions work. Example: DHCD Financial & Technical Monitoring, Utility Program review, and Agency Annual Financial Audit.
• Participates in all required federal and agency training and publicity events to promote agency programs and participate in volunteer activities for the department as needed.
• Perform additional responsibilities related to the success of the organization.

Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work.
• Minimum 1-year data entry and data management required.
• Non-profit, housing and / or social services administration support desirable.
• Think critically and solve problems efficiently.
• Effectively works on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Skilled with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, data base management (e.g., Apricot & Hancock) and Outlook, various teleconferencing platforms and other standard office equipment.
• Promotes and adheres to company’s mission, vision and values, policies, and applicable laws in
a fair and equitable manner.
• Represents the organization in a professional manner to all customers, vendors, and internal personnel.
• Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Thursday, 7AM to 5PM.
• Successfully complete pre-employment background screening.
