Mountainside Senior Living and JABA’s Adult Care Center is seeking Community Relations Manager, candidate will promote respective sites and is responsible for community outreach and education. Primary responsibility is to develop relationships with referrals sources and establish new referral bases. Requires ability to meet sales objectives, have proven business development skills, and the ability to communicate with people of varying age groups and backgrounds. Must project a professional demeanor, be detailed oriented with great organizational skills, work well in team situations, and be proficient in MS Office.  Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.

Skills Required

Associates degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum two years’ experience working with older population or adults with disabilities preferred.
