Partner for Mental Health is looking for a Communications Officer to create, implement, and evaluate the agency’s comprehensive communications plan to further our goal of helping people experiencing mental illness live meaningful and healthy lives.

The successful candidate must recognize the inherent dignity of all human beings and shares Partner for Mental Health’s belief that people experiencing mental illness can and should live self-directed lives in their home communities. A commitment to recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and person-centered language and standards is a firm prerequisite.

Professional experience in the non-profit or mental health fields is not required.

Work Schedule

This is a part time position of approximately 20 hours per week. The schedule is flexible with some ability to work remotely.
