Description
The Client Success Manager serves as client concierge from program inquiry to post-program exit, including prioritization of client work and administrative coordination for each stage of the process, including intake and assessment, title search/deed of trust pipeline and related paperwork, delivering and/or picking up client documents, soliciting feedback about how the project is progressing, and delivering/processing/filing closeouts and certificates of satisfaction.
The Client Success Manager collects and organizes program production and impact data for accurate recordkeeping, easy access, and functionality. He or she links current and past clients to the advancement team for features in marketing materials and manages data transformation for funding proposals and reports, marketing and communications, and reports for staff and board meetings. The Client Success Manager immerses themselves in client needs, structural obstacles, and community trends so that AHIP staff and board can identify referrals and longer-term strategic partnerships with other organizations and develop new program initiatives or expansions or make changes to existing programs to better serve clients.
