Description

Annual Giving Manager (Full-Time). The Thomas Jefferson Foundation is seeking a fundraising professional to manage the Foundation’s direct response program raising more than $650,000 annually. This position solicits and stewards the pipeline of donors giving up to $6,500 through the creation of renewal and prospect mailings and online fundraising campaigns. The position oversees gift processing and acknowledgments for the department and manages the Gift Processing Assistant. Candidates should have a proven track record of creating annual direct response fundraising strategies and achieving revenue targets. This role requires excellent organizational, writing, and interpersonal skills, proficiency with MS Office including Excel, experience using relationship management software as well as managing and analyzing data, and the ability to employ strategic and analytical thinking. Bachelor’s degree required. Five to ten years in development field and experience managing staff preferred. This is a full-time benefit eligible position. Applications accepted through February 19.
