Description

Venue Rental Management
– Coordinate, communicate, schedule and manage all venue rental related
tasks between the Robinson and hosts
-Schedule Facility Maintenance Team and Hired Security
-On-call for event support
– Create daytime packages and seek out users for the space during weekdays
Facility Management
-Schedule facility annual inspections and other service-related maintenance
-Find new contractors as needed
-Keep inventory of janitorial supplies and request orders as needed
Phone and Emails
-Take calls and answer emails regarding venue rental inquiries and other
general Robinson-related information
-Direct calls and emails to others when necessary
Assist Other Robinson Staff clerically and administratively when applicable
Community Engagement
– Represent and own Robinson’s mission as a full-time staff and team
member at community events, within the East End and Robinson-hosted

Skills Required

The preferred candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills
and can work independently and as a part of a team. Ability to communicate and
work effectively with client and staff of diverse backgrounds. Strong verbal and
written skills, attention to details, maintain a schedule and general computer
skills.

Work Schedule

40 hours/week
Generally 10 am-5 pm Monday-Friday; occasional on-call responsibilities on Saturdays
