JABA (Jefferson Area Board for Aging) is seeking a dynamic  Administrative Assistant to support its CEO and senior leadership team.  The position involves communications with Board members and others, convening meetings, general office support, assisting with travel and special projects, and interactions with staff on programs and activities.  Must have an Associate’s degree and/or five years relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Skills Required

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and other communication software such as Prezi.  Requires excellent organizational skills and superior oral and written communication skills, including editing abilities.
